Due to the nature of health insurance and the changes in pricing by all health companies, sometimes monthly, we need to discuss your applications and review all of the questionaries. Please note you will have to allow any NEW health insurance company permission to review your health records to secure NEW health Insurance. This means you will need to sign a HIPPA form release.
